  • All prices displayed on the website are in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment or confirmed deposit is required before production begins.

  • Payment can be made via bank deposit, transfer, or other available payment methods.

  • Unpaid orders after a specified period may be automatically cancelled.

4. Order Process

  • Select a product and provide necessary details (size, color, quantity, design file if applicable).

  • Confirm order and total amount.

  • Submit payment and send proof of payment to support@designsolutionsph.com.

  • Production begins after payment confirmation and design approval (if required).

5. Production and Lead Time

  • Standard lead time varies depending on order type and quantity (typically 3–7 working days for regular items; custom orders may take longer).

  • Production timelines may be affected by holidays, material availability, weather delays, or unforeseen issues.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship via third-party couriers or offer pick-up arrangements when available.

  • Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer unless specified as free.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers are beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking and updates.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacement

  • Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns and cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

  • Replacements are only offered for items with factory defects or damaged during transit, provided that proof (photos/videos) is submitted within 24–48 hours upon receipt.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong size, text, or details) is not eligible for return or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, logos, product photos, and graphics, is the property of Design Solutions Philippines and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
